Tazwood Mental Health Center Inc. recognizes that chemical abuse and dependency can have devastating personal and legal consequences in the lives of addicted persons and their families. By providing an array of outpatient substance abuse treatment programs, we strive to be an active partner in restoring dignity and optimum quality of life to people whose lives have been devastated by alcohol and drug abuse and addiction.  In order to plan the most appropriate course of treatment for every individual, each new client first meets with a Tazwood substance abuse counselor for an initial assessment.

Tazwood employs certified addiction counselors, as well as numerous other mental health professionals with various types of specialized training. Our clinical staff includes professionals with training and licensure in the fields of psychiatry, psychology, counseling, social work, and nursing.
